"I got speedy results! I called them, told them I wanted to sell my house, and they had it all fixed up from the rental side of the house, and put it on the market. It was sold in three months which wasn’t too bad for me, it’s what I needed. [Now I'm working on] some of the repairs, trying to get that [taken care of] and not have any money out of pocket until the closing."
